The North Cyprus Council of Ministers have announced on 29 May 2020 the new travel regulations to North Cyprus, as follows:

The TRNC citizens who have permanent residency in North Cyprus will be able to enter North Cyprus from the 1st of June 2020 with the condition of being quarantined. Quarantine expenses will be met by the government.

Persons or diplomats who do not have TRNC citizenship but who have residence permit or work permit in North Cyprus or students that are studying in North Cyprus, will be able to enter north Cyprus from the 8th of June 2020 with the condition of being quarantined. Quarantine expenses will be met by themselves.

Foreign tourists will be able to enter north Cyprus from the 1st of July 2020 under the conditions to be set by the Ministry of Health.
