Limitation of Time
In these types of cases it is very important to act fast. In most cases you will not be able to claim your rights once 75 days have passed from the date it was published or you have learnt about the injustice, as applicable.
It may depend on where this information was published or sent to or how the omission occurred, in deciding about when the 75 days calculation has started.
In some cases the 75 days might not apply. However it is advisable to obtain legal consultation as early as possible.
Recent Cases
Manufacturing of charcoal was completely abolished by the North Cyprus government in 2017.
Our firm represented multiple coal manufacturers in North Cyprus, by suing the government and achieved to revert the decision of the TRNC Council Of Ministers.
Currently charcoal manufacturing business is continuing in North Cyprus, as Ministry of Interior is establishing new grounds for production.
Our law firm has successfully represented our client who was added as a related party to this case, where the claimant argued that the piece of land in question was wrongly given to our client in exchange of points and instead should have been given to the claimant.
The North Cyprus High Court rejected the case and our client has kept his property.
